Product description:
The main components of this product are modified epoxy resin and special curing agent,with good formability and thixotropy,do not
hand sticky,the coating can be fast curing at room temperature,it is mainly used in quickly leaking stoppage of pipeline working condition,
tank body,box body etc.equipment which caused leakage by crack,perforate or corrosion.This product comply with RoHS directive,it is environmentally friendly products.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the roughening,cleaning and drying treatment for the pending-repair parts.

2.The preparation:Make A and B two components of BD518N knead and mix uniformly according to mixing weight ratio A:B=1:1,and use it immediately.

3.using: Make the mixed prepared materials press on the leakage parts.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 50 minutes at the temperature of 20-25 deg C,if the temperature is too low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest
according to actual working condition
2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure
3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly shorten
the application time of coating after mixing.

Transportation storage
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 24 months. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it
as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
